The challenge

Bring cohesion to a multi-tiered townhome landscape while carrying out a detailed architectural planting and materials plan.

The work

Following plans from Artis Architects, Verde installed river rock, limestone screening, mulch, metal edging, stepping blocks, and new planting. Irrigation checks and repairs supported the refreshed landscape.

A layered landscape

Dwarf palmettos, Berkeley sedge, and mature shrubs created texture around pathways and existing site features. Defined borders helped connect the planting areas into a cohesive landscape.
