The challenge
Prepare a working ranch for a major athletic event while coordinating access, trail conditions, outdoor gathering areas, and a fixed race deadline.
The work
Verde reconditioned existing trails, developed a new loop, and completed clearing and tree trimming. The scope also included a 20-by-30-foot patio, a covered area with a concrete pad, custom benches and tables, and the pine finish-line arch.
Built for the whole property
A 340-foot road-base connection, culverts, parking, and gate improvements supported movement through the ranch. A custom “Go One More” sign gave the venue a lasting landmark.
The result
The coordinated scope was completed ahead of Labor Day weekend 2025, with pre-event preparation and post-race cleanup supporting the ranch team.
